Denbies purpose built conference facilities are an integral part of the working winery and vineyard, providing a complete range of versatile function rooms and facilities. Denbies offers a unique setting for your meeting which can be hired out for all occasions and can accommodate up to 500 delegates.

The Cubitt Tasting Room
Located on the ground floor in the heart of the winery, adjacent to the Conservatory Atrium. The Cubitt Tasting Room benefits from natural daylight.

 Denbies Suite
Located on the first floor benefiting from natural daylight, air-conditioned, adjacent to the Board Room. The Denbies Suite is ideal for conferences, exhibitions and road shows.

The Lecture Room
Located on the ground floor with natural daylight, air-conditioning A well proportioned room overlooking the attractive Cloisters Pavilion.

The Conservatory Atrium
This versatile room is adjacent to The Garden Room, leading out to the Cloisters Pavilion. The
Conservatory can be hired individually or in conjunction with The Garden Room and Cloisters Pavilion, seating up to 500 guests or 700 reception/exhibitions.
This light spacious room is perfect for bespoke theming, please contact our Private Party and Events team for details.

The Garden Room
Located on the ground floor, adjacent to The Conservatory, the newly renovated Garden Room overlooks the Cloisters courtyard. The Garden Room is complemented by its own private bar which is also accessed from The Cloisters Pavilion.

The Cellars
The vaulted atmospheric cellars are unique to Denbies Wine Estate. Suitable for evening dinners, receptions and product launches

Unique to Denbies
Take advantage of your stunning location and enhance your guests experience with the addition of Denbies Ultimate Wine Experience. Tours can be organised to fit in with your requirements.
The Denbies Indoor Wine Tour Experience is available all year round. The tour lasts approximately 50 minutes, includes a special effect 360 cinema film on the geology, history and winemaking of Denbies, people mover through the working winery and tasting of 3 wines in the cellars.
Alternatively, from April to October, delegates may prefer to take the Outdoor Vineyard train, which climbs the vineyard trail and offers spectacular views of the surrounding scenery, this tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
