To Our Valued Customers

We do hope that you are keeping safe and well and would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding throughout the past months.

As we slowly return to the ‘new normal’, certain areas of the business may be operating slightly differently.  All areas of the business will be adhering to the new social distancing government policy and is in the best interest of our visitors.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your consideration.

Please remember;
It is critical that everybody observes the following key behaviours:

HANDS – Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds.
FACE – Cover your face in enclosed spaces, especially where social distancing may be difficult and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.
SPACE – Stay 2 metres apart where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place.

Government guidelines – group restrictions

Restaurant & Tour reservations are restricted to a maximum of 6 guests per table

Thursday 24 September 2020

Due to revised government guidelines  visitors are now required to wear a mask on entering and moving around the building and on both the indoor & outdoor tours.  Masks are not required for dining or the tasting element of the tours.

Forgotten your mask?   Masks are available to purchase in the Wine & Gift Shop

Restaurants – must be closed between 10pm and 5am, customers will be advised to leave the premises at 10pm.
Denbies Vineyard Hotel – the restaurant and bar area will be required to close between 10pm – 5am

Please Note – We are unable to offer refunds for any pre-booked tours or experiences.  However, we are happy to transfer or extend bookings to a future date

Denbies Visitor Centre is now OPEN

The Outdoor Vineyard Tour will be operating from Saturday 4 July and daily thereafter.

For your additional reassurance, tour numbers are restricted. Please <check the website> for full availability and times.  Tour reservations can only be made in advance on line at this time, thank you for your consideration.

The Conservatory Servery Restaurant

Mon – Fri 10am – 4pm/Sat & Sun 10am – 5pm

(Reservations are not required/maximum 6 guests per table)

The servery will be open but in accordance with government guidelines, we will be offering table style service with tables socially distanced.  The menu will be adapted accordingly featuring our most popular lines.  Hot meals will be available between 12noon – 2pm.

‘The Hatch on the Lawn’ Outdoor seating & takeaway refreshments

We are now offering a range of hot and cold refreshments through ‘The Hatch’ located on the front lawn.  Our all-weather marquee on the lawn is now in situ and outdoor seating will be in place from Saturday 4 July.

The Gallery Restaurant

Opening for lunch every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12noon – 3.30pm.  At the current time we are operating reduced hours.

We are limiting the number of guests in the restaurant to ensure that social distancing guidelines are adhered to.  Advance reservations only.  <Availability and reservations>

Wine & Gift Shop

We are operating a separate entrance and exit for your additional well being

Please note, as of 24 July, in accordance with government guidelines, visitors will be required to wear a face mask in the shop.

The car park is now open for visitors to enjoy the grounds of the vineyard for recreational purposes.

Home Delivery is also available.   Due to demand, home delivery may take a little longer than the normal 4/5 working days, please bear with us at this time.

Monetary e-vouchers are also available for purchase on-line, these can be redeemed for any on-line product or in the Visitor Centre, including hotel reservations.  Please note that the expiry date has been extended to 30 months (previously 24 months)

Having moved into our new bespoke premises on the Denbies Wine Estate, we are awaiting the time that we can welcome you all to come and try one of our Pilates, Yoga or Tai Chi classes; or our Consultant-led Physiotherapy & wellbeing services.  For more information please visit our website

Helen has been a Physiotherapist for nearly 20 years and has developed her own combination of Pilates with functional strengthening and dynamic movement. She is also a fully accredited APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Instructor.

Village Greens Farmshop

We are delighted that some of the best local spring produce has started coming through: we now have on the shelf asparagus from Sondes Place Farm, Dorking; salad bags from 15 Mile Foods Fetcham; over 15 varieties of tomato from Nutbourne Nursery, West Sussex.

We operate a ”hands-off” collection service and a delivery service to the local area (RH4 1, RH4 2, RH4 3, RH5 4, RH5 5, RH5 6 postcodes). Please email [email protected] or see for more details.

We have revised opening hours: currently Mon – Sat 9:30am – 5pm and Sunday 11am – 4pm.  Please note we are restricting the number of customers in the shop at any one time, so there may be a queue at the door. We request that only one family member goes in at time. We ask customers to use the hand sanitiser and disposable gloves provided at the entrance and to respect their distance from others as they shop.
