Planning a visit to Surrey's largest vineyard? We've answered our most common questions below to help you make the most of your time with us.
Parking on site?
Parking at Denbies Wine Estate is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available. We also have disabled spaces close to the main entrance of the building on the right as you drive in.
Are there wheelchairs available to borrow?
We have a number of wheelchairs to lend out to our customers. We cannot always guarantee there will be availability but we do accept reservations on the day of arrival to Denbies. Please phone 01306 876616 (ext. 0) to make a reservation with reception.
What's on offer for children?
Denbies Wine Estate offers a range of activities for children. Information on what's on offer can be found on our 'Events' page.
Are dogs allowed in the grounds?
Dogs are permitted on the estate grounds but not inside the main building, please be mindful that Denbies is a working vineyard. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. Owners are requested to clear up after their dogs and remove responsibly from the estate. There is a £1000 fine for failure to adhere to this policy.
Picnics allowed?
No picnicking is permitted on the estate grounds. We have two restaurants within the main building. Please see the 'Conservatory Restaurant' and 'Gallery Restaurant' pages for more details.
Cycling permitted?
There are cycling lanes on approach to Denbies and once on site we offer dedicated bike racks. Bikes left at owners own risk. For cycling throughout estate please contact events@denbiesvineyard.co.uk
Is it necessary to pre-book a wine tour?
We do recommend that any wine tours are pre-booked in advanced by going to our 'Ticketing' page.
What do the tours entail?

Do you sell gift vouchers for the tours?
Yes, monetary gift cards and monetary e-vouchers can be purchased on-line or if you would like to purchase a gift experience package you can do so by visiting our 'Online Shop' page.
Is there free Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Guests can connect to Denbies Guest through their device settings, then complete the short details form to access the free Wi-Fi.
Does Denbies have access for coaches?
We do have parking available for coaches by the bridge and around the side of the main building. The bridge height is 11ft 10ins, if a coach is too high for the bridge and pick up can be arranged for the party. Please call 01306 876616 (ext. 0) to arrange this.
