By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.

Promotions and Discounts

10% off applies to orders of 6 bottles or more. This offer does not include products in our Mixed Cases range and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product availability issues.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is processed securely via Opayo. We do not store or collect your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Opayo's terms and privacy policy.

Delivery

Delivery is available to UK mainland only. We currently cannot ship to Northern Ireland due to export rules. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details including delivery times and costs.

Returns and Cancellations

Our returns and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Denbies Wine Estate Ltd and its licensors.
