Wi-Fi Access and Prize Draw
When you use our on-site Wi-Fi network, we collect limited personal data (such as your name and email address) to provide you with access and to administer our periodic prize draws.
Purposes of Processing
Wi-Fi access: We process your details to create and manage your Wi-Fi session.
Lawful basis: Performance of a contract (providing the Wi-Fi service you request).
Prize draw administration: If you sign up during an eligible period, your entry will automatically be included in our quarterly prize draw.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (running customer engagement activities).
Marketing communications: If you choose to receive marketing, we will send you updates and offers about our wines, events, and experiences.
Lawful basis: Consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails or contacting us directly.

- Prize draw entries: retained for up to 3 months after the winner is selected.

Denbies Quarterly Wi-Fi Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
Effective date: December 1st, 2025
Promoter
Denbies Wine Estate Ltd, London Road, Dorking, Surrey RH5 6AA.
Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who sign up to Denbies' Wi-Fi after November 15th 2025. No purchase or marketing consent required to enter.
How to Enter
Sign up to the Wi-Fi portal during the promotional period. Entry is automatic on sign-up.
Prize
Surrey Tipple — Wine and Gift Package.
Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random within 14 days of each quarterly closing date using a verifiable random process. Closing dates are: February 14th, May 14th, August 15th, and November 15th each year.
Notification
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of selection. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered within 28 days of winner confirmation.
Personal Data
Personal data collected for the prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Publicity
The winner's first name and county may be published on our website or social media.
General
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, or to cancel or amend the draw due to events outside its control.
Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
