The Farmhouse

Built in the 1850s, The Farmhouse pairs heritage charm with contemporary comfort, giving each room the feel of a country-house retreat rather than a traditional hotel room. Light-filled interiors, warm textures and considered details create a calm, characterful place to stay, with views across the vines, the Surrey Hills beyond and estate dining just moments away.

The Brokes

Situated beside The Farmhouse, The Brokes offers the more contemporary side of the Vineyard Hotel. Set across two levels, rooms open towards a landscaped patio overlooking the vines, with curated artwork and thoughtful details that reflect Denbies’ working winery roots.

Modern, calm and quietly luxurious, The Brokes is made for guests who want contemporary comfort, vineyard views and the estate just beyond the door.

Dining Across the Estate

Just downstairs, the Wine Library Brasserie & Bar brings together seasonal brasserie dishes, local produce and Denbies wines in one of the estate’s most atmospheric settings.

Countryside Walks from Your Doorstep

Denbies Vineyard Hotel is perfectly placed for long walks, fresh air and exploring the Surrey Hills.

Step outside onto the estate, where seven miles of public footpaths wind through 265 acres of vines, woodland and open hillsides, with the Surrey Hills Greenway Trail starting right on your doorstep.

For something further afield, the Leith Hill Greenway offers a beautiful 15km off-road route from Box Hill to Leith Hill.

POOCH PACKAGE

£25.00 PER DOG, PER NIGHT

Our four-legged guests are thoughtfully catered for with a comfortable dog bed, towels, bowls and treats. Dog friendly rooms are located on the ground floor of The Brokes, offering easy access straight onto the vineyard trails. Simply select the Pooch Package when booking.

Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the main winery building, including our restaurants (except the Wine Library), Wine & Gift Shop, and Indoor Tours. Alternative options may be available on request.
