Denbies Wine Estate is a beautiful, romantic setting for your memorable wedding reception. We look forward to welcoming you to celebrate your wedding surrounded by 265 acres of vineyards in the heart of the Surrey Hills.
The wedding team at Denbies Wine Estate understands that your vision of a perfect wedding is unique, and our combination of attentive service and stunning venue is perfect for both intimate gatherings and grand events.
Denbies has five rooms available for civil ceremonies accommodating from 20-180 guests.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is favourably positioned between the courtyard and The Conservatory Atrium, perfect for civil ceremonies for guest numbers up to 150.
Courtyard Pavilion
The stunning Courtyard Pavilion is located in the centre of the Winery and is the perfect option for your outdoors ceremony. Attached to the Garden Room, the Courtyard Pavilion can accommodate up to 120 guests.
The Ranmore Suite
The Ranmore Suite has natural daylight and is the perfect size for your intimate civil ceremony and can accommodate up to 50 guests.
The Vineyard Hotel
Stunning licensed indoor/outdoor wedding area for civil ceremonies of up to 40/150 guests with sweeping views of the vines.
The Denbies Suite
A grand room with high ceilings and natural daylight, is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 180 guests for a civil ceremony.
Denbies has six reception spaces available, accommodating from 20-350 guests.
The Conservatory
The Conservatory can accommodate between 70 – 250 guests for a sit-down wedding meal. The marquee style interior lining means that The Conservatory can be perfectly styled to meet the capacity of your reception.
The Garden Room
Overlooking the Cloisters Pavilion, the Garden Room can seat up to 70 guests for a sit-down wedding meal. The Conservatory combined with the Garden Room, the ground floor can seamlessly accommodate up to 400 guests for larger celebrations.
Denbies Vineyard Hotel
Located in the heart of the vineyard, perfect for smaller intimate gatherings. The Vineyard Restaurant can accommodate up to 10 – 40 guests with our Exclusive Dining package.
The Gallery Restaurant
Offers a more intimate venue, situated on the 3rd floor with stunning panoramic views of the vineyard. Can accommodate parties between 30-60 guests, The Gallery has the benefit of a fully licenced bar.
The Cellars
The atmospheric vaulted Cellars offers a unique setting for your wedding celebrations and can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Vineyard Hotel Marquee
Located in the heart of the vineyard on our hotel open landscape garden, the Marquee can accommodate up to 80 guests for your wedding breakfast.

A huge thank you for all you did to help us organise the wedding. It was truly the best day of our lives. You and Abi were such a great support both prior to the wedding and on the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran so smoothly. Our guests have given us universally positive feedback about the venue, food, drink, train tour and service from staff. As the bride and groom we were really well looked after and were made to feel special throughout the day.
