Production Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join our winery team.

The role would focus on the final processes in producing bottles of sparkling and still wine, stock control and supervising the production team.

Working to targets, the role would offer the right candidate an opportunity to advance in a dynamic and relatively new English industry.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in goods production.
  • The ability to supervise a small team.
  • The capability to manage and control stock.
  • A keen eye for detail in producing a premium product.

Desirables

  • An interest in wine production.
  • A valid forklift truck licence.

This is a Full Time permanent role working 5 days out of 7, including occasional evenings and weekends as and when required.

You will also be required to work longer hours during the Harvest Season which is between September and November.

Hotel Management Couple

We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Management Couple, to run a small hotel in Surrey.

Planning has recently been granted for a further 10 rooms, due to open early 2019.

You will need previous guest house / hotel management experience and deliver excellent customer care. You will have staff to assist in housekeeping and cooking, however in their absence and quieter times this will form part of your role.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated individual who can demonstrate success, ideally a candidate who has worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years within the hotel industry. You will be personable, approachable and a confident communicator maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.

Banqueting Staff

You will be requires to support the Front & Back House Team in order to provide high quality of operation and customer service.

You will be working as part of a team on a rota basis, this will include working weekends and evenings.

Denbies Wine Estate offers a Graduate Scheme recruiting throughout the year. Intake for a graduate begins in September with an opportunity to work on the operational side of the hospitality industry. Our 12 month programme offers a way to develop your talents in the Hospitality industry.

What will you gain from us?
