PHOENIX Running Denbies 10 (Note change of date)

Saturday 28 March 2020 POSTPONED TO SUNDAY 2 AUGUST 2020

Phoenix Running are delighted to be putting on their first ever ‘Denbies 10’ – a picturesque 10 mile run around the beautiful Denbies Wine Estate and surrounding Surrey Hills and absolutely ideal timing for those wanting to put in a pre-London Marathon training run.

Denbies also hosts parkrun, so you could come and run a parkrun first and then join us for your second run of the day.

And, as you’d expect from Phoenix Running, the medal for this isn’t just your average 10 mile finisher’s medal either. This is a heavyweight, freestanding, 12mm thick medal presented in a high polished black nickel finish.

This is a 10 mile fixed distance event – there is also a 20 mile option. We welcome absolutely all abilities of runner – if you run with us you’re both a finisher and a winner in our eyes and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers’ medal.

Places will be strictly limited so don’t leave it too late to enter.

Off road trail, through the wine estate with the odd hill thrown in – undulating and hilly.

There is NO ‘on the day entry’.

Denbies 10 – Sat 28/03/20 – 10 Mile run, 10.30am – https://www.phoenixrunning.co.uk/events/denbies-10

Denbies 20 – Sat 28/03/20 – 20 Mile run, 10.30am – https://www.phoenixrunning.co.uk/events/denbies-20

Sunday 26 April 2020 – 8 hour timed event, 09.30am POSTPONED TO SUNDAY 25 AUGUST 2021

Didn’t get into the 2020 London Marathon – well hard CHEESE!.
Fancy having a good old ‘WHINE’ about how many times you’ve been rejected!

Then come and join us for a ‘NOT the London Marathon’ run at the beautiful Denbies Wine Estate – it just couldn’t be any more perfect!

This ‘rejects’ run will be an 8 hour timed event where entrants complete as many or as few loops of a 3.28 mile route as they like around the vineyard. There will, of course, be a marathon and half marathon option. Complete one lap and you’re both a finisher and a winner in our eyes and you’ll receive an epic bespoke medal.

And yes, of course, there’ll be cheese and wine at the already epic aid station!

Our ballot has a 100% success rate – we won’t reject you!
