Denbies Wine Estate, England’s largest vineyard is located in Dorking, Surrey, in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The Denbies Estate, surrounded by 265 acres of vines with purpose built conference and banqueting facilities catering for up to 600 guests, combined with the atmospheric Denbies Cellar, is one of the most unique venues in the South-East. Denbies hosts a range of events; dinners, balls, exhibitions, trade fairs/shows, conferences and team building. Free Venue Hire
Denbies can accommodate from 20 to 500 people, making it ideal for both large and small events. Denbies Wine Estate is pleased to offer FREE* venue hire saving you a minimum of £1200 to ensure your charity benefits from maximum fundraising from your event. * Terms and conditions apply
Free use of Cellars with Venue Hire
Use of the atmospheric vaulted Denbies Cellar is also included with venue hire*. The cellar can be used for pre-dinner wine tasting or reception drinks and continues to be a big selling point for private parties and events. *Terms and conditions apply
Denbies Indoor and Outdoor Wine Tour Experience
Why not take advantage of an Exclusive Charity Wine Tour Day (available Monday – Friday) event. Denbies are pleased to offer their wine tours at greatly reduced rates to enable your charity to maximise fundraising.
Based on a full day with tours commencing at 11am – 4pm on the half hour, each tour lasts approximately 50 minutes/capacity 45 visitors per tour.

Free ground hire
This year Denbies has hosted running, cycling, balloon releasing and walking events and with no facility hire charge*, that means that MORE of the fundraising can be donated to YOUR charity. With unrivaled views over the vineyard, Box Hill and the North Downs together with great on-site facilities, participation is usually higher than average for most events. *Terms and conditions apply
