CIVIL CEREMONIES
Denbies has three rooms and one outdoor space available for civil ceremonies accommodating from 20-180 guests
The Garden Room is favourably positioned between the courtyard and The Conservatory Atrium, perfect for civil ceremonies for guests numbers up to 150.
The Ranmore Suite is our newly renovated room with natural daylight and overlooking the attractive cloisters courtyard area. Perfect for intimate civil ceremonies of up to 50 guests.
Denbies Vineyard Hotel Restaurant, newly licensed indoor/outdoor wedding area for civil ceremonies of up to 40/150 guests. We are happy to be one of the very few wedding venues in Surrey to offer a beautiful outdoor location for your special day.
The Denbies Suite, a grand room with high ceilings and natural daylight, is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 180 guests for a civil ceremony.
RECEPTION VENUES
The Conservatory Atrium can accommodate up to 250 guests for the wedding breakfast, guests will be welcomed by the flowing central fountain and tropical plants creating a relaxed atmosphere for dining. Combined with The Garden Room, the ground floor area can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests for larger celebrations.
With a fully licensed bar The Garden Room caters for drinks receptions and evening parties.
The Garden Room, located on the ground floor, overlooking The Cloisters Pavilion and adjacent to The Conservatory Atrium can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast.
Please note: The complete ground floor area can be opened up to accommodate up to 350 guests for the celebrations to continue into the evening.
Denbies Vineyard Hotel, located in the heart of the vineyard, perfect for smaller intimate gatherings. Exclusive dining package 20-40 guests
The Gallery Restaurant, for a more intimate venue, is situated on the 3rd floor offering stunning panoramic views of the vineyard. Available for parties between 30-60 guests, The Gallery has the benefit of a fully licenced bar.
Denbies Cellar, celebrating your wedding in the heart of a vineyard, the atmospheric vaulted wine cellar is a unique location for fabulous photo opportunities, pre- reception drinks and wedding breakfast. Guests can be guided through the working winery to the cellar.
